before consuming or identify yourself as a WelcomeCard holder when you make your
reservations, and you will benefit discounts at the
presentation of your card.
There are no more else conditions, except, of course, availability of the
service (e.g. hotel room) at the time you request it.
Your WelcomeCard will pay off in most cases the first day you use it,
from then on there are only benefits.
